Hi Peter,

Attached is a picture of my BMW R100RS café racer with the seat that you did late last year. The seat looks great on the bike.

Thanks for your efforts, especilly with my rush to get it ready for the Grand Prix. (Unfortunatelty I couldn't get the brakes fixed in time so I had to drive down.)

Cheers and happy new year,

Sean

Just a short note to say thanks for recovering the old GSX750 seat – it looks 100% better than it did, and fits the bike nicely.

All the best for Christmas & the New year.

Regards,

Toney

Hi Peter, Thanks for the modifications on the triumph pillion seat, We went for a 70km ride on Sunday
And the report and comments were great, the width and height  is great and the comfort is a lot better,
We like the material grain it is very close and it is a better quality material. Once again thanks a lot and I will be recommending you to other riders.

Suzuki DL1000 - remodelled riders seat

Peter,
Initially the seat seemed really high and was quite painful, this probably had a lot to do with me being on the DL650 seat all day prior to picking this one up, at this stage it seems to be better and going for the firmer padding also appears to be the right choice. I think it will need a good 3-6 months bedding in time to be fair so I'll keep getting back to you as time progresses.
Regards
Dave

DL 1000 seat  for long distance riding

I've checked out a number of local upholsterers that profess to know all about motorcycle seats and as a result I engaged Peter of comfyseat also known as Reliable Retrim to remodel my DL1000 seat for long distance riding, since getting the seat back I've travelled around 1000 kilometres and the seat is progressively getting better as it moulds to my backside, the verdicts still out on this but as I increase the mileage and continue to give comfyseat more feedback, then one would hope a local business would grow to support our needs here rather than running off to support a foriegn interest.
